100 words challenge

It was an dreadful day.

My heart was melting as soon as I saw the black steam from the back, I tried my hardest to get to the other side but I couldn’t so I decided to tip toe and stretch my arms to try and reach the wood. The black steam was getting closer and closer and my heart was beating as fast as a rabbit.

Some of the building’s at the back were already down but I couldn’t do anything to try get myself to safety. The sky was darkened every second and it turned tar black I couldn’t see a single thing and here I am still trying to reach to the other side. My hands were powerless and my legs were out of strength. I felt so dizzy like had been in a tornado.

I took a few steps with my eyes wide open trying to see through the black steam, I was nearly there but I didn’t have that much power to still try and reach the wood. My body was sweating from top to bottom,  I was getting weaker and weaker by the second and I felt like I was gonna have a seizure.

Tears dripping down my cheeks,teeth peeking out,hair sticking out,legs shaking as the hope inside of me was still alive. Still thinking if I could still make it to safety, I stretched one more time as far as I could possibly reach BOOM CRACK I had fallen to my death and there was no one to save me I lay there in the dark in pain. My whole body felt numb, I called out for help in agony but there was not a person insight.

Astria Gaming Experience

Today, Aaliyah and I were put into a pair to complete a new game meant for learning, Astria. My first thoughts on the game was that it looked pretty complicated, but I was still determined to complete the missions no matter how hard.

“Students don’t learn much playing this game called Astria – Countdown to Impact: Their time could be better spent doing other things”.

I partly agree on this statement because when I started playing I found it difficult and didn't understand some of the sentence and the questions they had. But I know for sure that me and partner did a great job on completing three of the rooms in an hour.

So on a scale from 1-5, I think me and partner deserved a 5

Camp 2018

Monday 26 November 

Last week my class and I went to camp at Ferndale Lodge in Henderson. I chose this picture because it shows my happiness through my smile. It also shows the bond with other kids in my class who i don't usually talk or work with in class. Camp also made me build confidence in myself which I also love.

 

My Career Malaga

In the past few days I have been learning more new things about myself by doing the Malaga sheets. You write down your interests , qualities , values and your skills. While doing the Malaga I have learned more things about myself that I have never thought about and it was very interesting.
